The Jack O' Goomba is a Goomba variant that appears in Super Mario Galaxy. Its head is concealed inside a large, carved-out pumpkin with star-shaped eyeholes. As well as charging at Mario as most Goombas do, Jack O' Goombas can also drop eerie blue flames as they walk. They are tougher than ordinary Goombas and cannot be defeated by jumping on top of them. Instead, Mario must flip them over with a spin attack before jumping on them, or simply crush them with a body slam.
