Rog is a lumbering pink monster from The Trap Door. He is one of the friendlier creatures living beneath the trap door and occasionally visits Berk and Boni in the castle. While he may have the power of speech, to say Rog is intelligent would be a bit of an overstatement. He is pretty dim-witted and behaves in a very childish manner sometimes. Still, he is rather strong and he puts his strength to good use when helping to defend Berk and Boni from the various things that emerge from the trap door.
